I am delighted to be the principal of Our Lady of Lourdes School.
I grew up in Lynbrook and graduated from St. Joseph's School in Hewlett where my family and I were active members. Our play area at St. Joseph's was graced by a beautiful shrine to Our Lady of Lourdes, very much like the actual shrine in Lourdes, France, so I feel God has set this path for me.
I was the assistant principal at St. Joseph School in Garden City for six years. Before that, I taught at Our Lady of Peace School in Lynbrook and St. Barnabas in Bellmore (which then became St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Regional School). I was also a substitute teacher for three years, therefore, have experience teaching all grades from nursery through eighth and all special subject areas.
I received my B.A. and M.S. from Hofstra University and my P.D. from Fordham University. My certifications include: Elementary Education N-6, Art, and Administration and Surpervision.
