As the school year kicks off, the students in 8th Grade begin their journey of preparation for the major TACHS and regents exam. 8th grade, also known as the year of cramming is a vital moment for students . As students prepare for the TACHS exam, it is important to incorporate the building blocks that students previously learned. Many of the concepts that are incorporated include concepts throughout the years past. We will be exploring numbers and operations, geometry, algebra and algebraic thinking, measurement and data, and other concepts throughout the year.
