     About Ms. Migliaro:

This is my first year teaching at Our Lady of Lourdes School. I’m so excited to be your English teacher! I have a Bachelor of Science in Secondary English Education and a Master of Science in Education in Literacy, both from Pace University. I am New York State certified in English Language Arts Grades 5-12 and Literacy Grades 5-12.

About our Middle School English Curriculum:

OLL’S Middle School English curriculum takes a balanced literacy approach and allows students the opportunity to work on their individual instructional needs. Students will work on developing their reading, writing, critical thinking, listening, speaking, language, and vocabulary skills. Throughout the middle school experience, we will explore reading a variety of engaging genres and experiment with different writing styles. All work will be posted on Google Classroom.
